Aine joined SDCL from Europe’s largest cleantech investment group and has a background in investment banking and equity capital markets. Aine has a deep knowledge of the energy efficiency and renewable generation sectors.

Peter joined SDCL in 2015 and has over 30 years’ experience in energy finance including project development and finance, policy dialogue and sustainable development issues in emerging markets.
Prior to joining SDCL he spent 20 years in the Energy Efficiency and Climate Change Team of the EBRD where he led on development of new products to finance sustainable energy projects in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. He has also been a programme manager for the International Institute for Energy Conservation – Europe and spent 8 years working for the investment bank NM Rothschild in London and Sydney where he specialised in financing natural resources and energy projects in Australasia, Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Brian joined SDCL in 2015 and is an Investment Manager and qualified Chartered Accountant. Brian trained with KPMG and has worked in the energy and construction industries in both Ireland and Australia.

Orlagh has extensive administration experience having worked as compliance administrator for KPMG Dublin and as office manager and accounts assistant within the property and facilities industry. Orlagh is responsible for the organisation and coordination of all office administration.

Jonathan co-founded SDCL and is its CEO. He has 17 years’ experience in international financial markets, involving investment in infrastructure, real estate, private equity and listed securities. He launched SDCL’s energy efficiency business and contributes to government initiatives on energy efficiency in the UK and overseas.
Senior Investment Manager, Sustainable Development Capital LLP
Purvi has over 10 years investment experience in the UK and across a range of financing structures, including senior debt, mezzanine and equity. She has transacted and managed assets across a number of renewable energy including solar, wind, energy efficiency and hydro projects, in both the UK and emerging markets. Over the past twelve months, Purvi closed nearly £1bn of solar financing transactions. She is IMC qualified and hold a Master’s in Chemical Engineering with environmental technology.
